Choose the state and enter a facility number, business name, street, or city. Existing TankID records are searched first.
Only a state record found?
That is a starting point, not confirmed tank data. An authorized owner can claim the site and begin adding the records your service team needs.
What to check before the job
- Confirm the facility name, address, and the equipment you will service.
- Review available tank details, supporting documents, and source dates.
- Treat missing information as a gap to resolve, not proof that equipment is absent.
- Use your own portal account for private records shared by an authorized facility manager.
Help the owner build a better record
When search returns a state listing, share it with the person authorized to manage the site. After claiming and completing the required verification, they can contribute tank details and documents, keep records together, and share authorized access with service providers. Claiming, record storage, and authorized sharing are free.
