- Keep the source clear. State information and contributed information remain distinguishable.
- Manage access when authorized. Invite your service team and revoke access through the portal’s permissions.
What a record can include

| Facility identity | Name, address, state facility ID, and available registration information. |
| Tank details | Available capacity, product, construction, installation date, and status. Gaps are shown explicitly. |
| Source dates | Dates associated with the source records, so you can judge the information in context. |
| Owner documents | Contributed facility and tank records, subject to account and facility permissions. |
| Tank charts | Only where a supported chart is available and associated with the correct tank or model. |
